We offer ecological Carccu® Professional baking papers for kitchen professionals. The top-quality Carccu baking paper is suitable for use in ovens, microwaves, or panini grills. The strong paper is highly greaseproof, has excellent moisture retention, and is siliconized on both sides. Thanks to its high heat resistance (230 °C) and high quality, our baking paper is very economical: you can reuse a sheet of Carccu baking paper up to four times when making biscuits or other less messy goods. The baking sheets are neatly packed in boxes, making it easy to grab the right number of sheets for use.

Baking paper is for baking and prevents food and pastries from sticking to the surface of the pan. Carccu® Professional baking papers are strong, highly greaseproof papers with silicon on both sides and excellent moisture retention.
Baking paper is heat resistant up to 446 °F. When using baking paper, it is important to avoid extremely high temperatures that can damage the paper or cause smoke.
Baking paper can be reused, and the quality of the paper determines how many times it will last. Excessive reuse can pose hygiene risks and the deterioration of the paper’s structure can affect its performance. Carccu® baking papers typically last a few times.
Baking paper is biodegradable. It can therefore be disposed of as biowaste in both households and professional kitchens.
Wax paper can be used instead of baking paper in some cases, for example if using it does not involve baking or other activities where non-stick paper is essential. Baking paper is more versatile than wax paper because its non-stick surface makes it suitable for baking and frying.

The Carccu® story is one of Finnish entrepreneurship and a passion for finding the most efficient packaging solution to support our customers’ brands. The company’s current name is derived from the small village community of Karkku located near the Finnish town of Sastamala in the Rautavesi national landscape.
