By law, all food packaging must display at least the following labels: the name of the food product, a list of ingredients, the quantity of the package contents, the expiry date or best before date, the name, trading name/legal name, or auxiliary company name, as well as the address of the manufacturer, packer or seller within the EU, the country of origin, the product batch/lot number, storage instructions if necessary, instructions for use if necessary, warning labelling if necessary (e.g., may contain nuts), and information on the alcohol content of the food (if it is more than 1.2% proof by volume for liquid products and more than 1.8% proof by weight for solid products).
The most commonly used forms of paper packaging are wrapping paper, kraft paper or parchment (greaseproof paper). The grade of paper is always selected to match the intended use.

The Carccu® story is one of Finnish entrepreneurship and a passion for finding the most efficient packaging solution to support our customers’ brands.
