Carccu® parchment papers, or greaseproof papers, are PFAS-free, ecological, compostable, and biodegradable quality products created by our Finnish printing house and suitable for use as food wrapping papers in professional kitchens. For direct contact with food, we recommend a print side down/external surface print. This material is not suitable for baking because it does not have a non-stick surface like baking paper. Parchment, on the other hand, is well suited for crafts or used as tracing paper, as it can be drawn on, taped, and glued.
